Dr. Jared Friedman
Dr. Jared Friedman was born and raised in Toronto. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a major in biology. He then graduated from Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Dr. Friedman is an active member of the Florida Dental Association and is experienced with restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He strives to create a comfortable atmosphere in the dental chair for all his patients, no matter what procedure is being done. In his free time, Dr. Friedman loves to spend time with his wife, Liron, and his son and daughter, Aiden and Maya. Additionally, Dr. Friedman enjoys running and playing sports.
Dr. Alan Markowitz
Dr. Alan Markowitz evaluates your overall health, your risk factors, and the personal goals you have for your smile. There’s no guessing at Aberdeen Dentistry — Dr. Markowitz has a vision for what your smile will look like and implements the most advanced technologies to get your smile to where it needs to be!
Dr. Markowitz attended Dental School at The Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his post dental training and surgical residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. He received his implant surgical training at the University of Miami’s Implant Dentistry Program. He has continued his dental education at the prestigious Rosenthal Institute and Aesthetic Advantage, Inc.

The Invisalign Treatment Process
Consultation & Exam
During your first visit, your doctor will take a look at your bite and smile to determine if Invisalign is the right option for you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about your smile, Invisalign, or other treatment options.
Aligner Pick Up
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Invisalign trays fit perfectly. When your aligners arrive at our office, you’ll come and pick them up to begin your treatment.
Check-ins
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Every six weeks or so, you’ll come back to our office to pick up your next few sets of aligners. Every treatment plan is different, so this amount of time may vary based on your needs. These check-ins are essential to ensure your treatment is on track and that your Invisalign trays are fitting properly.

Dr. Blalock
Dr. Blalock grew up on a beef cattle farm in Crossville, TN. The time he spent working on the farm taught Dr. Blalock valuable problem-solving skills and a good work ethic. After Dr. Blalock suffered a dental injury when a cow’s hoof contacted his teeth, his dentist repaired his smile and sparked a fascination for the art of dentistry. Because of that experience, Dr. Blalock realized his calling was to become a dentist. He loves that dental work gives him the ability to work creatively with his hands while interacting with patients and making a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Blalock graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with an undergraduate degree in health science biology. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
